Crate and Barrel wanted to leverage the Black Friday shopping phenomenon by creating a unique event, “Crate Friday,” specifically tailored for the UAE and KSA markets. The goal was to drive online engagement, boost sales, and increase foot traffic in stores.

  • Total Engagement: Increased to 2.92%
